I was up late at night in my hotel during my stay in Amman, for the Art for All mural festival when I recorded this. Ill never forget the sounds of the call to prayer going off throughout the city at different parts of the day.
Footage from my studio, making portraits of social workers out of stained glass and paint for my Above and Beyond Mural. Located at Broad and Cambria Sts in North Philadelphia.
Student Portrait timelapse. I ran this 2 day Teen intensive mural workshop at the Hui No'eau Arts Center in Makawao Hawaii, as part of the Hui's 2012 Maui Mural Residency. Students photographed themselves and enlarged the shots to mural scale by use of a grid system. This video picks up after the drawings were completed.
A loose compilation of footage and photos I took of the fabrication and installation of the Mural at 8th and cherry. The wall shots were tough to align this time, as the parking lot was constantly in a state of flux with Giant SUVs and Trucks blocking my only good view of the whole wall.

A slideshow of progress shots from my recent mural in Sevilla, Spain. Part of the Art for All event that brought 45 muralists, graf artists, and sculptors from all over the world to Sevilla for two weeks to create works of Public Art.
Our last full day in Sevilla was kicked off by this speech. That afternoon a huge crowd of people navigated their way through the neighborhood to see all of the finished walls.
The underpainting was provided by students at Audenried High School. I spent the next 12 hours finishing the figures up. This 5 minute video captures the whole 12 hours. Mural to go in the City Hall Courtyard in September. There are 75 more of these panels
In April, over 4500 people voted in an online competition for the first Citywide Mural. Our winning design was projected onto 42 5'x'15' cloth panels and brought to every corner of the city and Graterford Prison for paint workshops that saw 300-400 volunteers! These clips take place during the past 6 weeks after the last workshop has ended. Many thanks to everyone who voted , and volunteered. The Dedication will be at 30th St Station on Friday Sept 25th at 2pm.
Video documenting the installation of my latest mural at 52nd and Master Sts in West Philly. The still photos are taken throughout the month of December. I spent the month of November cutting the glass that you see in the arches. The sculpted mask that you see in the final few seconds will be installed in the springtime. the last shot is just a mock up.
